has anyone actually been reffered for icsi or ivf at 22 years old??]xx
I'm a good bit older than you. I think the referral is more down to the length of time you have been trying, also if your UK depending on how sympathetic your GP is. I made sure the GP knew when we were starting so it was on record.
If you are in the UK(Doesnt say in your profile sorry) then the youngest NHS referral age is 23 if you have been ttc for 2yrs or more or have a known fertility problem xxx
yuh hun im uk
i was just a little concerned because my fs said he wil be refering me in jan but we cnt start cycling til july when i turn 23 so i was a little confused?
I did ivf just recently and am 22. I'm from Australia and I don't know if there is a minimum age or not here but there was no chance of conceiving naturally so our doctor referred my oh and I. Good luck with your ivf x
