Is anyone else totally discusted by the way everyone and the media are treating Jamie-Lynn Spears?
She's not the first 16 year old to get pregnant, and she wont be the last.

Just because she's a teenager doesnt mean she'll be a bad mom. She's definitly financially stable, anyway.


I just get sick of hearing in the news and adults going on about how shes a whore and blah blah.
Give the girl a break, you hear me?

i feel sorry for jamie-lynn theres some sites where they talk about her like shes a stupid little slut and some people leave mean comments about her, they'r like 'well im not supprised cause britneys a slut so jamies a slut too' and stuff like that its horrible,i mean shes not the only pregnant teen out there my best friend got pregnant at 16 and had her son at 17 and shes not a slut in any way,so yeah i kind of feel sorry for jamie cause some people are really cruel to her!

I can't really comment cause I aint heard anything about her, I didn't even realise she was pregnant hehe!!!

Too be honest, the only reason she's getting bad press is because of Britney, and the only reason Britney went off the rails is due to bad press! Maybe if the media left people alone then there wouldn't be so many paraniod people around!!

Sorry ... I know I'm ranting a bit, but the press really annoys me!!

The thing with jamie Lynn and other young teenage actresses is that they are role-models for other young women / men. For a hit star and supposed role model to fall pregnant, go to rehab, get arrested (im not saying this happened to jamie-lynn but for ALL actors and actress's out there) it can really put a dent in their reputation!

If you were a mother of a young girl who idolizes Jamie Lynn Spears and she says "I want to be just like her when i grow up!" and Jamie-Lynn fell pregnant at 16...would you be ok with that? Not many parents are i am sure. It's not that she is 16 and pregnant, there are many 16, 17, etc year old pregnant teens out there...it's that Jamie Lynn was a 16 year old pregnant idol for young girls.

Becky your comment about Britney not be able to look after her kids is obviously your own opinion which your allowed to have but as far as Britney Spears is concerned.... if you really look into her life... she was a very ill woman!!!

She had everything..... as soon as she married K-Fed, media didnt like it.... she was branded a slut for not being with someone like Justin ( sweet and innocent like her apparant self) K-Fed was criticised hard!!! Britney had just had his baby for god sake and then he was spotted clubbing in LA.... !! She then fell pregnant so quickly afterwards (which happens) and again media hyped it up!!!
On days she couldnt be bothered (which is like me every day) she was papped not looking her best!!! Pregnant and eating a subway.... woo big news!!! She just wanted to be normal like any of us girls who are pregnant... I defiently dont feel like glamming myself up on a daily basis... same goes for Kerry katona... she was always papped looking pregnant and somewhat rough!!!
NOW... K-Fed is the hero and perfect dad!!!

Britney will be back.... stronger than ever!!!

In America she is treated terribly.Her whole family,they call their mom the worst mother in the world,they call Jamie a future Britney,a terrible mom to be.

I've not heard any bad press about her personally. But I think, yes, 16 IS a young age to get pregnant but it happened and it's unfair people are slagging her off. I've read a few things abut her and she seems to have a good relationship with her boyfriend and I assume she is in a good financial situation. I think as long as she is able to care for and provide for her child then people should lay off. I agree with Samo to a certain degree though, because she is young and in the media, young children may 'get ideas' but this really is a generalisation and is certainly not the case with most

Trouble is, the reason paparazzi hound people like this is, because they know people will buy magazines to read what they've put about them. If people stop buying their crap then there won't be a market for it, and the celebrities been victimised will be left alone.
If you do read these magazines, newspapers and watch programmes where they are doing something you don't agree with take a moral stance and don't do it again
