I stopped looking at the websites (although I do admit to occasionally logging on to Perez Hilton haha) because they made me sick. Honestly, if I see another thing about Britney & Jamie-Lynn, Nicole Richie's boyfriend cheating on her, Paris Hilton stomping around hollywood being emo because her new b/f is, or Lindsay Lohan putting vodka in water bottles...I may be sick. Just LEAVE them alone and stop filling my life with crap I don't want to hear about.

I agree with Leeds forever, fair enough Britney did go off the rails but is anyone surprised? She was thrown into the spotlight at a tender age, became a big idol and as soon as she got married and had kids the media couldn't leave her alone, I'm not surprised the poor girl went off the rails, she couldn't even go the toilet without the pap getting a snap! I'm not really a fan of Britney but I do feel sorry for her. As for Jamie Lynn, I think she will be a fantastic mother and even if she didn't have money and if she wasn't famous she still would be, Jamie Lynn wouldn't get this sort of publicity if she was a non famous person so I don't see why they have to hound her now.

That will never happen though, the media acts like shes the 1st 16yeah old to get pregnant, and if its not that its how she will be a bad mum as she will turn out the way Britney did but as I said in a previous post, no 1 will leave either off them alone as the media have nothing better to do then hound the poor girls, no wonder there is so many starts going haywire. Personally I think Jamie will be a great mum and Britney did the best she could do, I mean shes trying now

basically the lead journalist in LA had a special Britney Mobile that whenever she was spotted people could get through to him on that mobile!!! You actually saw him shout down his mobile "Spears at gym (or whatever) GO GO GO"!!!! So disgusting!!!

And people think that these famous people do it to themselves!!! He said he had about 3 reporters outside every exit to her house!!! Just imagine!!!

Disgusting,it's good that I didn't watch it cause I would go crazy.

Paparazzi's literally make me sick.
I wonder if the take pride in the fact that they drove a young woman to the edge of sanity,broke up her family and took a mother away from two young children.

Since killing princess Diana obviously wasn't enough for them.



I mean,the way they were all so happy everytime she would cry or throw a fit,every single miserable moment in her life was a feast for them.

It's 18 and not in every state.Plus she and her boyfriend didn't do anything illegal cause in the state of Louisiana a person over 16 is allowed to have sex with a person who is 18 because of only a two year age gap...

Ditto! I'm only 19, but I know that I am a fantastic mother and would never let anyone say or suggest otherwise. Tbh if the media were splashing it about that I were going to be a bad mum just because I was a teen, I would be fuming. You cant gain any knowledge about somebody soley by their age: It's true that you get some bad teen mothers, but it's a sad fact of life that you get bad mothers of all ages! But you get fantastic mothers of all ages, too! I personally know for a fact that I am a better mother than some older women I know. My age has nothing to do with how loved, cared for, happy and well off my little girl will be. I just know that she is going to grow into an amazing and beautiful young woman

Press will always bad mouth celebrities, especially when they get pregnant young. Thats just life of paps for you. Hey she's got the money to provide for her child, she's got enough of it, i'm sure she will do a fine job.

Legal age in USA is 18 but no-one can do a damn thing unless the parents press charges, unless it is one of the parents doing the "statutory rape" which is a bloody stupid phrase, it's not rape, not even slightly... a 17 year old knows what the hell she's doing, often enough to trick/guilt or otherwise con a guy into sleeping with her. Not rape, even slightly, calling it that is an injustice to all people who have been raped.

But my rant aside, I say YAY! Jamie Lynn Spears is a damn role model. She's finacially stable, she's in a stable long term relationship and now engaged. She's having a baby and she's settling down as any adult should... so what if she's doing it 2 years earlier than the damn USA law books says she's allowed to. She's doing a better job than some 20 year olds, so screw the idiot that wrote the laws.

The media should lay off. She's done nothing wrong, in fact she's done everything right and should bloody well be commended.

Exactly how I feel. It really boils my piss tbh.
I dont think age should be a problem...ever. A mother of any age can be terrible, and likewise a mother of any age can be fantastic.

But congrats to Jamie lynn, i honestly think shes going to do a great job and she'll put her all the haters to shame.
