January JellyBean mummies

Oh hes all fine now! After a good talking to this morning hes texting me all apologetic. All well and good but why does it have to happen at all??? Anyway....! Am trying to get Holly onto a good sleep pattern, although to be honest shes done most of it herself. She generally wakes at 8am, goes down at 11, 2 & 5 then is in bed for 8/9pm. Hows everyone elses routines?

Glad you had a good shopping trip Jade, piccies of ur new dresses?

Nice hodbert! How long is she napping for??

we still have no routine  I'm just trying to get her in bed before 11pm! :dohh:

Well day 2 of Zantac and its 10pm. Hes asleep!!!!! Only screamed for the 15-20 minutes it took to kick in....and the 20 minutes it took to get him drink it because he really does not like the taste, even though i mixed it with 25mL of my milk.

I made up 3 bottles of my milk with the meds and just warmed it up when its time to give it to him. Maybe ill try adding the meds after is warm . Not sure if warming the Zantac makes it taste stronger or different. I did try to give it to him straight and it was not sucessful at all! LOL.

Shes napping for half an hour to an hour at a time. Shes not doing bad.

Laura glad quinn is doing a bit better.

Good news about Quinn Laura, glad for your sanity my dear x Sounds like Holly is doing good Lisa, Michael is usually awake most of the morning after 8am but does take cat naps. He then has a few hours sleep in the afternoon. I wake him early evening to feed him, play then bath and bed. Sometimes manage 8 or 8:30 but yesterday was 9:30 before he settled. He is a month younger though so not doing too bad.

Can anyone remind me which code it is for Lilypie tickers on here?

Ladies the links are below :)

Not sure what to wear: purple one is floatier and hides a multitude of sins. Patterned one is AMAZING but tighter as only had a 14 and my busts gets a bit more flattened. OH bought it as an incentive for me  But it fits with pull in pants :haha:

Wearing glossy tights and killer 4 or 5 inch heels :)

Ooo they both look so fun! How are you going to choose??

One is clingier than the other one hides belly mmmmmm

Whenever I wear anything that tries to hide my flab lol I always end up looking bigger in photos. So I think flaunt it hun and go with the clingier one!! Only my opinion of course hun.

Bit of advice needed ladies, I have noticed whenever I stretch, the top of my tummy still aches. I am not sure if it still should after 10 and a bit wks. I have tried pressing on the area aswell and its a bit tender. I'm guessing its my muscles?!?!

xxx

COuld be hun, I have tried to do sit ups and nearly died :(
Maybe muscles. Get it checked out if your worried!?
I think I am going for clingier one, as you say bigger ones sometimes may you look bigger x

My tummy still hurts just below the bust when I lift anything so guessing its the muscles.

Liks to dresses wont work for me

 dribbling and miserable here!
Here too :( Defintely teething Jennifer has too hard lumps in her gums now:cry:ouchy!

Hi ladies.

sorry ive not been on in while but ive tried to keep upwith facebook. Are we all on the facebook group now?

If not here is my update:

Took Quinn to the drs and he is quite a sick little guy. I knew his breathing was not just from mucous like they kept telling me.
He has bronchitis so hes now on puffers for that and he hates it!
He more than likely has a vascular ring around his wind pipe. Its a branchof his aorta (heart) that is wrapped around his trachea and esphogus. Thats why his breathing is so loud and its also probably causing his acid reflux. We go see another pediatrician on April 12th to have some tests done (they dont do the test on babies under 18 months here in my town) and if he does have this then he will need surgery. My poor baby needs surgery! On his heart and throat!
Dr is also testing him (monday) for cystic fybrosis. I dont think he has this because im pretty sure our hospital tests all newborns for it. But im still scared thinking about it and the chance that he might have it.
We got some Zantac for the acid reflux. Im suppose to give it to him 3 times a day. But thinking i might only give it to him once....at night when the screaming starts. Last night He started screaming at 8:30 while i was putting tessa to bed and i gave him his bottle with Zantax in it at 9pm. Im not even kidding but 5 minutes....yes 5 minutes later he stopped screaming!!!!!! And he stayed awake until 10:30 and was happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was amazing. I sure hope it works like that tonight and that last night was not just a fluke.

Anyways I will keep everyone updated as I find out more about what all is wrong with him. Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers!!!!!

Sending lots of :hugs::hug::hugs: I hope the Zantac keeps helping, I know it's not the same but it saved my bunnies life :) Not sure what time your appointnment is today but you are in my thoughts and prayers xxxx

Well done Holly:hugs:Jennifer sometimes does 10am for 10 mins, 2pm for about 10min(an hour if on me) and then 6pm ish for 10 mins. She usually goes down between 10-11pm for about 5-7 hours but due to teething she is back to waking every three hours atm  I really miss my 5 hour sleeps.

we still have no routine  I'm just trying to get her in bed before 11pm! :dohh:

LOL we are the same, have decided that we will try to push her natural routine a bit more as she gets older but some days she stays awake all day:shrug::shrug:

Well it's been some time since I was on b&b! Thought I'd check in and see how all the jellybeans are doing! Dexter is now just over 2 months old. Had his jabs today and tongue tie snipped on Friday. He is just the most adorable little thing, well big thing now. Need to get a picture up.
Dexter and I were in hospital after he was born as he lost 20% body weight due to poor latch (tongue tie). While we were there he was on 3 hour feeding schedule and he's stuck to that ever since. Am expressing all my milk 1/8 feeds is formula though. Love being a mummy!

awwww Joe had a tongue tie too, had it snipped when he was a few weeks old, best thing ever for him. Hope Dexter thrives now x

Gosh now we're all on facebook there's not half as much to read on here lol! x

i write in my journal now and in jades x
