Joining LTTTC unexplained infertility so far

Hi everyone.Im Claire and Im making the move to this section.

DH and I have been TTC#4 for nearly 2 years now and just started some investigating. The doctor seems to think its my body.

We conceived the first 3 very easily but as soon as I hit 30 my cycle changed.I used to have a 28 day cycle and ov'd on cd14 but now I have a 22-26 day cycle.Ov around cd10-13 and I always have spotting 2 days before my period.

Got my cd3 bloods back today

TSH normal
Hormone levels normal
Progesterone low which is should be at this point of the cycle
FSH 8.8
LH normal range
Glucose normal
Kidney function normal
Full bloods normal

Now I have got to check when I ov and arrange a blood test for 7 days to check if my progesterone levels go up.The doctor thinks the spotting is a sign of low progesterone as I have had 4 chemical pregnancies that I know of so far.Then the doctor will talk through my blood tests results.

Interesting on the spotting front as I started to spot for a day or two before my period when I hit 30 too. I wonder if it is due to low progesterone. Would be interested to hear what the docs tell you. Are your other numbers OK?

Hi! I am ttc#4 also and we've been trying for 4yrs.! For now we have been ruled for unexplained fertility. The doctor told me it was maybe my body because I used to weigh around 20-25 pounds lighter than I am nw an if I were to lose it then maybe that was it.?! So we have been doing everything on our on for the past 5 months, for the past 2-3 months we have been trying geritol an Maca. I had my first missed period in Jan. so we assumed it worked and 21/2 weeks later it came but very light. So we tried again for Feb./March and on Feb. the 26-27th. I had pinkish discharge?. And I just knew I wasn't having a second cycle in the same month, But on March 19 it came but kinda weird spotting through the day like it was my last day on. The next day it came down not much enough to wear a panty liner but when I used the restroom there was more in the toilet. After those 2 days it was done and that was around the time for IB just a couple of days off. OK now for the first time I'm getting whitish colored evaps on 4 pregnancy test.! An I have never seen or had those as long as I have been taking these test. All with-in the 3-5 min. frame I think I'm testing to early as i may be Ov.

Hi Luckie, I had the same stuff going on my last cycle. I had what I thought was IB at 7-8 dpo, with the pink spotting and all. I am 12 dpo now and started spotting brown so I guess AF is showing up a few days early. You'd think after 4 years of ttc, I wouldn't have gotten my hopes up - but I did and now I'm disappointed. I hope yours turns into a bfp - keep us updated!

Yep all my others numbers were ok,they said normal range but I specifically asked for the FSH numbers

Will update when I get the next bloods back.I chart my temps too and see obvious rises after ov and then on 11 dpo always a drastic dip and I spot that day. I assume thats when my progesterone levels plummet?

Yea it can be a downer ...but I'm a little suspicious of the high temps an evaps- which never happened to me by the way along with extra saliva an metallic taste an floods of CM?! All of a sudden heartburn every night also now an I'm not even symptom spotting lol it just happens. I hope you get your BFP Keep us updated also!
