My LO is at an annoying stage where 18 is too small and 2 yr too big.

Just trying to decide what size to go with at Joules or Boden as I've seen things on both these that I like.

Joules comes up a bit big on LO, but he's very small in general, so I'd say true to size. Don't know about Boden.

Thank you. I think I'll order in 2 yrs. If true to size then it might be a tiny bit big for him just yet but not too bad.

I find boden quite big but I'm buying 2 for my LO as she's 2-3 in next and their sizing is also quite big. Love joules and boden- their baby and women's clothes are so nice!

I will order in size 2yrs and see. I generally buy from H&M and Zara but clothes seems to be lasting a lot longer now so want to buy some better quality bits and I'm quite picky!

I find Joules comes up big, I have to buy my DD a size smaller than I normally would and my DS's clothes tend to have more room (he is currently wearing a 2-3 Joules top, it is smallish but still fits and he's been in 3-4 for a while in most other brands). I find Boden quite true to size, for my DS at least (DD doesn't have any Boden).

My boys are relatively tall (75%+) and one of them not slim, so while Boden's 2-3 trousers still fit them length wise now, they will be too small before they are 3. We have a few 3-4 trousers and I don't find them massively too big, I just turn them up. Their long sleeved tshirts that are 2-3 are now too short for them and the 3-4 years ones are still a bit long in the sleeves but ok length wise.
I have no experience of Joules.

I mainly want to get the bottoms from boden and the tops form Joules so I think it might be a good idea then to get 18months for tops from Joules go like the rugby type tops from there) and 2yrs from boden for the bottoms as my LO is also tall. Thanks ladies. I have a few thing in my basket just waiting for my OH's bank card to get home :haha:
