Just a few Questions.

Hello, I had a miscarriage at exactly 3months. I have Lupus, R.A. and Antiphospholipid Antibody Syndrome (Hughe's Disorder)
Which causes "Repetitive Miscarriages) Due to your blood clotting too fast. When i was a teenager, I was told that even though I had a regular period since I was 14. That, I was infertile. So, I was amazed that I even got pregnant. It took a year with my boyfriend, without contraception(not intended)
I had my miscarriage on Valentines Day.. At home, so I saw my baby girl pass.
It was a horrific experience. The night before, when I started bleeding, they did an ultrasound and the baby was fine.. 12hrs later..it was all over. Anyway, I think my boyfriend and I waited like three weeks to have sex. By that time I had stopped bleeding. The week following the previous weekend,( We had sex Saturday and Sunday) I started spotting, and did so for three days. I have yet to have my period, and it has been around 39days. I was just wondering, if I might be pregnant again. Thanks in advance for all the help.

Firstly, so sorry for your loss.x x x

It is possible you could be pregnant. I lost my baby at 14 weeks and my 1st period came 5 weeks later. Have you done any tests since your loss?

No, I haven't. I've been too worried. The treatment for Hughe's Disorder, is very controversial, as it requires blood thinners. My boyfriend already said he doesn't want to have to go through this again. Unless we get coordinated with my Maternal Medicine Doc. So I'm worried over his state of mind. I have been very nauseous the last few weeks, but my primary doc. was attributing the sickness due to the fact that I am on antibiotics. I'm sorta afraid to go get the test.. Its probably an unfounded fear, but alas I can't shake it.

Thankyou for your sympathy. The main reason, I miscarried in the first place, is that I had a surgery and they put me on blood thinners. (during the surgery I ws 5wks along and didn't know it.) If I had I would've opted out of the surgery. Afterwards, I developed a bleed at the surgery site. So, I ended up with two more surgeries before December was over. And they reduced my blood thinners to keep me from bleeding out again. If they hadn't reduced them, I would have stood a better chance of keeping my baby girl.

As of right now, on April 2nd. this is Day five of my first AF after my miscarriage.
I swear, I felt, the day that it started that I was going through everything all over again, it was simply atrocious. To make matters worse it was the first week of Spring term, at my college. It wasn't pretty, riding the bus home, cramping so bad that I was crying. People were actually asking if I was okay. That was on Monday and Someone on Thursday remembered me because of that. The whole week was nothing but, blood, and cramps, and hurting, and crying and remembering painful memories. I just want it to stop.

I'm thinking about getting a neckless with an "Angel" pendent on it.. With the birthstone for August in the middle.
Or simply, a ring. Both done in simple, tasteful silver.
With something engraved on the band for the ring.. I'm thinking "Angel Baby"
or a few names I have picked out.. My favorite being Ariana Rose.

just to possibly give you another option?

as for your AF  i k now the first one is always so so painful  i just had my first AF since august (fell pregnant twice, no AF between miscarriage and 3rd pregnancy).

if you have it in the us you could try Feminax ultra? its a really strong painkiller and works pretty fast too
