ive been drinking a cup of fennel tea every day for the last 3 days and have noticed a definate increase in my supply, im leaking through my t shirt a few times a day, just before she feeds. thought this might help some of you looking for help boosting your supply

Thanks. I tried this and I think it worked. I wasn't sure if it conincided with Poppy having a bit of a runny tummy though, but chances are it wasn't linked. Glad it's working for you.

does this really work? if so, its a miracle. rlt was rubbish during pregnancy lol
