So when you guys state how many dpo you are, are you going from the time your opk turn positive or are you adding 2 days to it. I don't ever know when I ovulate, but my opk turned positive on Friday, so would I assume I ovulated on Sunday and start counting from there? thanks

I say OV is the day opk goes negative. The positive is your surge and you can ov betweeen 12 and 24 hours (or something like that)
