Just came off BC yesterday and got this on an OPK...

Is it normal to be this dark already on what is essentially CD1? Are these faulty tests? I did two and they both look like this.

I've only done one other month back in January of OPKs and didn't get a clear positive but I always seemed to have lines, I never had a stark negative. I don't remember if I started doing them CD1...I think I waited a week or so after the last pill. That cycle I started getting CM within the first week, and EWCM around the 12 day mark, then had a period on CD28.

It is quite normal to have low levels of LH at most points in a cycle - it only really matters when they are positive (as dark or darker than control line)
