Just dont feel 'right'

I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to post!

I've been feeling a bit off for the last couple of days. Really tired and just bleurgh. I can't seem to shake it. I'm about 8 weeks pregnant and I don't remember feeling like this with my first.
I still feel a bit sick in the morning but other than that my symptoms have vanished. Should I be worried

Any advice gratefully received x

My symptoms seem to be coming & going too. Scary as had a scan yesterday & couldnt detect heartbeat but was told it was too early as I'm 6wks + 1
Did another test this morning & second line was really dark, just feeling iffy, a little sicky & tired.
Know it doesn't answer your question but didn't want to read & run x x x

Other than tiredness, I've had not a single symptom for the past 3 days. All is okay
