I came home from vacation today and poured the last of my milk into a glass from 2 weeks ago without thinking, and took a big gulp. It was THE WORST THING EVER! I can't believe I'm so stupid! I didn't even smell it! Worst of all I could not make myself throw up!

Will this hurt my baby?

Sorry to make 2 threads in one day... :dohh:

Oh dear lord!!! Ewwww! I've done the same thing and it is the worst!!! I don't think one gulp of spoiled milk will hurt your baby. I would dilute it with some fresh clean water! Maybe a lemon to kill the taste. :hugs:

You have nothing to worry about my dear however I recommand you flush your system out

I did that by mistake once! not very fun... was not PG though. I say do the extra water if you have not already. X

Yeah, definately drink lots of water to flush out your system x

OMG that must have been awful, it won't have harmed the baby but I would flush out your system, take care :hugs: XX

Just the thought of doing that makes me feel ill.

Must have been awful! :hugs:

Ewww Gross!!! I hate that! Pregnant or not.

I just bought a 4L jug of milk yesterday and when I was finished my glass, there was a bunch of crap left down the sides of the glass. Ewww........ I'm returning it today.

Your baby will be fine. I would drink lots of water to get it out of your stomach. Bleh.

So glad I found this thread. Kinda creeping from first tri as this popped up in search results, but I just accidentally ate a few bites of Mac n cheese made with bad milk and was freaking out until I read this. I'm drinking lots of water now and hopefully all will be well.

Spoiled milk is the WORST!!

It won't hurt your baby though, so don't worry about that. :) I did this once and it just tasted awful, when I rang up a nurse she said it will at the most give you a tummy ache, but not affect the baby.
