About 3 weeks ago I got myself a fitbit flex (a pedometer type fitness tracker, really good). It cost me 90 (about £80) and I lost it on Saturday. I thought oh crap what a waste of money. I retraced my steps and I couldn't find it.
So I got home and googled it and see if there was anything I could do. They recommended I go around with my phone and try and sync with it, it has to be close to sync. I did this and no luck. They then say to get in contact and they will try and help.
I got an email back pretty quick saying to send them some info (name address etc) and I just got an email from them saying they are replacing my lost tracker free of charge.
Now tell me, how frigging awesome is that?? They didn't even want proof of purchase (they did ask but I said I no longer have it).
So yeah just thought I'd share. Faith in humanity restored
