Just Wanted to Say Hi

Hi ladies! I've been around on this forum for quite awhile. I was in the TTC number 1 forum for quite some time, and, since the MC in August, have been hanging out in the TTC after a loss forum. But I figured since we are coming up on our first Infertility Appointment, I'd pop on over here. We will be coming up on 2 years of TTC in April (technically we started "trying" in June of 2011, but we stopped preventing in April, so we were essentially trying). I have been off of BC of any kind for 2 years and 2 months (we did pull-out until April, lol). SO, after almost 2 years of TTC and 2 miscarriages, I guess you would consider me LTTTC.

Sorry for the long intro Just want to give you ladies many and hope you all have great insight! And I hope that we all get our sticky BFP's REALLY soon!

Hi, sorry for your losses, my story is similar to yours. We started ttc in April 2011 and we both have had some tests. DH SA was fine and i have had blood tests to confirm O. We were then referred to a fertility specialist. Whilst waiting for an appt and after 19 months ttc we finally conceived. Unfortunately i ended up mc at 6 weeks. We have an appt with the fertility specialist on Monday. I have good days but since my mc have had more bad days than good. I just want to be a Mum so badly! Its ao frustrating as at the mo we have no obvious reasons why we are struggling to get pg.

So sorry about your loss Flou! I hope your fertility specialist can figure out what is wrong and help you get your sticky bean Quite frankly, I am ready for our first fertility appointment with my OBGYN in hopes they can help us get pregnant and keep it! In the mean time I am going to try Soy Isoflavones this month and see what happens. It has been one rough journey for us and I'm just ready to be at the finish line. I hope we are both there soon!

Welcome! Im Carrie. Im 26. Been actively TTC since June 2011 (so almost 21 months) but NTNP pretty much our entire 11 year relationship! Im so sorry for your loss! I have never gotten pregnant, so there is no way for me to even begin to understand that pain! I hope you get your STICKY BFP soon!

NHi ladies, nice to see ya around flou. Sorry for your losses ladies. June 2011 is when we started trying as weel..bfp in feburary and mc in march of 2012! I am going CRAZY over here. We have not been full blown trying the entire time bc this is how I get..and after 6 to 9 months of it I can't take it anymore and let it all go which they say helps ha never did me. Although my bfp was on a month with no o testing and was majorly losing hope. My gyno acts like none of. This is a big deal...since we got prego once we will do it again which I'm not so sure of! Anyway I wish you ladies peace of mind and sticky bfps NOW

I know what you mean about being ready for the finishing line! Ive always wanted to be a Mum and so when we started ttc i was so excited. Now i feel so fed up at times with the whole process. I know tho when i finally have a little one of my own they will be worth it!

I'm new here too. We also started ttc in June 2011, with a mmc in March 2012. I wouldn't wish infertility on anyone.
