Hi all,

I am a single parent to a 4year old and have now found myself again pregnant and guess what the FOB doesn't want us to be together.....although he says he'll be there for the baby so I suppose thats something.

The thing I am pretty annoyed about is that he has said he doesn't want to hear from me unless its important and he hasn't even bothered contacting me the last few days to see how I am etc...

I have come to terms with the fact we won't be together but still want him involved in the pregnancy, birth etc so he can bond a little with the baby before their born, its no good just showing an interest after is it???

Anyone out there in a similar situation or with any advice??

I don't really have any advicebut wanted to say hello all the girls here are lovely and very supportive

I'm also going to be a single mother but my situation is a bit different - my ex ended things when I refused to have a termination, he wants nothing to do with the baby and I've not spoken to him since June when I found out I was pregnant.

its a tough one really, by forcing him to speak u might push him away, i would just let it sink in and let him come to terms with it, you both need to 'be over' each other before you can make it as good friends (which i assume is what u want?) Im sure he will be involved and show interest once he has sorted out where his heads at. Everyone here is very friendly and great support, write anytime!

I'm hoping he will come to terms with it soon, think I will just give him some space and let him get in touch with me.
How are you girls finding it now you're further along? Does it get easier?
