Keep up a PMA

Hi all

I wanted to start this thread to encourage everyone to post something positive and uplifiting and to help us all keep a PMA for our futures..

We've all dealt with those negative emotions, and even when things start looking brighter we still have days when we feel down..

Sometimes we don't want to hear about other people's pregnancies or see bumps and bellies everywhere...

But a friend told me: the more you can just let yourself be happy and supportive for those people and realize that this will be your great fortune someday soon, the healthier it is for your body and mind, and it will aid in dealing with your loss.


So - who can share some "Warm fuzzies" :)
 
Here's something to start:

I started taking multi-vitamins and Omega-3 fish oil when I learned I was pregnant.

I have continued to take them since and it occurred to me that I've just taken a step in improving my health in general - not just for TTC..

I find my skin, hair and nails are all looking better lately because of it (always nice to have a noticable effect!)

Hooray!
