Keeping fit while pregnant...

I am still ttc but trying to plan ahead to what exercise to keep doing if and when I get pg. I couldn't live without exercise and do not want to gain too much.

I've read that walking, swimming, yoga and cross training are the best, but will speak to my doctor/nurse to see if I can continue a bit of slower jogging (I am now a runner).

I read all about Paula Radcliffe's pregnancy and it was amazing to see how an athlete of her calibre trained whilst pg. 'Do Not Try This At Home' came to mind. Wow, what a woman!
