Keepsake for LO

Blythe is going to be 1.5 by xmas and tbh I've really been struggling to think of what to get her. We already have loads of stuff that she plays with so I don't want to get her much (she'd just play with the box anyway). So my mum suggested getting her something she could keep eg jewellery or some kind of keepsake. Does anyone know of any nice things that would suit?

We get Hannah a snow globe each year, just a small one, not a big one that will take up loads of space. Her first xmas we got a 1st christmas one and last year we got a disney 2009 one. Haven't started looking for this years one yet

No idea what to get Callum every year though so will also be interested to see what replies you get!

how abouts a charm bracelet? then you could add a charm to it at every significant moment in her life, so first day at school, naming day, 'big' birthdays, each christmas? xx
