Kissing Ovaries

Hi. I've been told I have kissing ovaries today. Anyone else had this? Would love to hear some stories.

I'm wondering if this is why I'm feeling a bit tender.

When I went in for my first egg retrieval my ovaries were touching. They could see them both while doing the ultrasound on one side.
They told me because the ovaries were so enlarged and heavy that they fall into the 'cul de sac' between the uterus and rectum and were resting against each other.
