Knot in stomach

In the middle of my upper stomach it feels like there's a knot when I'm eating. It's very uncomfortable and makes me wanna stop eating. Anyone else?

Could be acid reflux. Mine feels like that sometimes. Almost like something is stuck in my throat

It's in my stomach but idk I did take pepcid n it went away. I notice it happens when I take long to eat
