Lack of symptoms.

Having my first scan on Friday, and overall have been pretty positive. Up until last night. Not sure what happened, but talking to my husband about scan coming up and a fear set in. What if it has stopped growing? What if there is no heartbeat? Its early enough, wouldn't I have started bleeding? I miscarried at 6 weeks last time, and i have passed that mark so far.

I just feel, for lack of symptoms, completely terrified there will be no heartbeat.
Anyone feeling a lack of symptoms? I know every pregnancy is different. But just wondering if someone feels anything like this.

I'm 6 weeks, and my only symptoms Ive had are really sore boobs and greasy hair. I just want to keep peeing on sticks to make sure it's still in there!
