Lack of typical symptoms a symptom?

Hi ladies - I know I ovulated due to positive OPK and corresponding temp shift 7 days ago. The weird thing is I always get very sore breasts when I O. This cycle I had them on the day of O and the day or two after but now hardly at all, but temp has continued to steadily rise. Could my lack of usual symptoms mean pregnancy? Also, I tend to break out more after O, and while I did on the day of O and day or two after, my skin is now clearing up better than its been in a month. I did have lots of cramping yesterday @ 5dpo...felt like the cramps I get the 1st day or two of AF.
