Hi ladies! I'm actually popping over from 3rd tri board. I'm 37 weeks with my first and I am planning on breast feeding exclusively for at least a year. I'm in major nesting mode, and though I have no idea if I will have supply issues, I thought it couldn't hurt to bake a few batches of lactation cookies to freeze, so I have them when my little one arrives.
Questions for you : can I eat these while pregnant?
Is there any harm in eating them if my supply turns out fine? What's the best way to freeze these? Should I bake them now and freeze the cookies or should I freeze the dough in little balls so I can bake as needed?
Any suggestions are appreciated, and if you have a favorite recipe, I'd love to see it!
Thanks in advance!!
