lactose intolerant now reflux!!!

hello there, my lo is 15 weeks old tomorrow and has been on sma lf since 7 weeks due to his intolerance, and still being sick so now have been given gaviscon, its not working at the moment but going to give it 2 days then go back to the doctors,

im now thinking he might need to change to a pepti milk like aptamil, i have read abit about these milks and wondered if its worth giving it a try, he is gaining weight nice and meeting all his milestones and is such a happy baby, but sooo sicky, and a lot of it,

dont want to try soya milk as been advised not to before he is 6 months!!

what can i try its driving me crazy now x

How did they diagnose ur LO with intolerance? Do they do some tests or is it because of the sick?

If he has been diagnosed by a GP or Dietican get them to prescribe an alternative milk. Isobel was diagnosed with a cows milk intolerance at 9months and swapped to Soya milk because she was over 6months old.

thanks for the replys, he was diagnosed with li by the doctor, the symptoms were explosive poos, projectile vometing and a rash over his body and infant ecxma on his face, sorry for spelling mistakes lol
he was give the special milk and gaviscon by the doctor, the sick has been very thick today i think its the gaviscon thickening it but there is still so much of it x
