Hulahoop09, the top is quite roomy, however because it has the elastic pull in waist it, it doesn't hang. It more so pulls in and then falls (if u know what I mean). I tried it on with leggings and it covers my bum.. just! Im taller than you though at 5'6. It looks stretchy enough to cover ur bump I would say but its hard to tell without having one myself hehe xx Hope that helps xx
