Ladies how are you doing with meals?

Just as it says ladies how are you doing with your meal plans? Do you find some days or even weeks harder to stick with it? I know I do like this week I haven't been doing the greatest. Breakfast I always stick to what I eat its been lunch and dinner that I fully admit to being kind of bad. I do plan to get back on my meal plan tomorrow but I just wanna know do you ladies have good and bad days where you tend to stray from your diets?
 
I don't really plan my meals. I know that I can have 3 serves of carbs and I will measure that as I go after I choose what I want to eat. If I am still hungry I just eat more protein or "free" foods.

What sort of diet have they got you on?
 
I'm allowed 30 carbs at breakfast and lunch. If I eat a snack 15 carbs and dinner I can have 40.

When I wrote this post I was having a bad week that week of not really eating too well so was more like a vent. Lol I'm back on my meal plans and being good though. :D
