I have PCOS and don't ovulate at all without medical intervention. I've taken six rounds of Clomid and ovulated twice. Got pregnant both times! However, both pregnancies ended in MMC. My doctor pressured me to accept that it was just chromosomal abnormalities, or "bad luck" miscarriages, but I just knew something was wrong.
I pushed for some blood tests and came back positive for lupus anticoagulant syndrome. I'm being retested at the end of this month and am very nervous! When I do get pregnant again, I'll have to give myself daily injections of Lovenox (Clexane).
Anyway, I just wanted to make some friends with clotting or immune issues, but are TTC in spite of it all!
