My friend went last year and said it was amazing, really magical. You get to spend time with mrs Claus doing crafty things and then go to see Santa and you can only spend elf money in the shops which you pre order. I think she said it was so good because you are in small groups and not just shoved through to see Santa. Her pictures looked amazing.
