Lasagne

anyone have any good recipe's (sp) for lasagne? I usually buy the mince, a jar of red, jar of white and make it that way but I dont particularly like it so wondered if any of you lovely ladies had your own way of making lasagne? x

I normally use passata and chopped toms to make the sauce with a bit worcester sauce, and lots of herbs!
For white sauce I melt butter and put flour in it and mix it with milk, sometimes melt some cheese in it.

My friend uses cornflour and milk to make white sauce - I think theres a few ways of doing it!

That sounds quite confusing haha! x
