My LO has rarely slept more than 30 mins for a nap at a time. Well recently, I've taken away his dummy and establish nap times in his cot instead of bouncer.
He used to have 3 x 30mins naps a day.
Yesterday he had a 30min nap in the morning and then went down at 1:45pm until 4:15pm!! 2.5hrs!! I was amazed and a bit concerned at the time that it would affect his bedtime - but it didnt.
Again today, he had a 30 min nap in the morning, a little cat nap in the car early afternoon and he's gone down at 3:30 and I'm concerned he could be asleep until 6pm (if anything like yesterday).
We normally start his bedtime routine at 6:30pm.
I'm just a bit unsure what to do now? Do you think I should just follow his lead and adjust bedtime to suit him every day. Or try and encourage him to take his last nap earlier (although I dont know how I would do this, as if he doesnt want to nap, he wont go down, no matter how tired he is).
