Last week in second trimester

According to BnB 3rd trimester begins at 27 weeks. I barely even posted on 2nd trimester forum. This is my third and most likely my last pregnancy so I am really sad thos is going by so fast and honestly I am scared as heck!

I am so scared of the transition from 2 to 3 as two is now so comfortable and easy I feel like my whole system will be in shock because that is what someone described it to me yesterday.
