So AF was due yesterday, and there are no signs of her. I usually get cramping a day or two before in my backside (really strange, can't explain it, it's just a huge sign for me), and I usually get some brownish discharge for a day before its a full on crampy AF. Nothing. My CM is creamy and a little stringy like I'm ovulating, but I honestly don't know if that's from BDing as often as we do? (Tmi? I'm sorry!!). We weren't trying at all this time, we wanted to enjoy ourselves, our holiday, and have a "calm before the storm" kind of time since clomid and way more testing is coming up. I'm kinda hoping that writing about this will make AF come (in some weird way), and I can go back to not caring. I didn't chart, and honestly i didn't even notice I was late until yesterday. It was just an "oh I was supposed to get it today" moment in my head.

I hate this because there's no way I can ever imagine getting a BFP. It's like being pregnant can't even get into my thoughts, and I'm just annoyed that I'm going through this for another false. Another trick. I can't even allow myself to be excited at times like these.

I'm on day 31 of my usual 30 day cycle. I've also been on 1500mg of metformin for about a month and a half. I didn't search for symptoms, so I haven't noticed any other changes in me.

Good luck and I hope and pray this is it for you! How long will you wait to test?

I've read/heard that PCOS can give someone false negatives, especially early on, anyone else ever hear this?

Is it too early to call my doctor? Metformin is supposed to make your periods more regular, this is why I'm confused...

Ive never heard of pcos causing false positives but it can delay your cycle. :hugs: Hope this is it for you!

WOW! you got great will power even though I hate the disappointment I still have to test but I can totally understand where you are coming from!

lol! its true and I understand! ha ha!

Girl I am crossing my fingers so tight for you!!

Hey ladies, please check the post I have in success stories (metformin success stories??), I tested, I couldn't wait. Tell me what you think. I'm still trying not to think much of it...
