Late? Help?

Hi
I wrote a post on here last night about abdomen pain and being late. I'm not sure of I'm late. I always get my period every month but I'm irregular. Sometimes it's twice a month but its every month
Well the abdomen pain is gone and I'm pretty sure most of it was due to constipation. (Tmi I know sorry!)
Well I'm on day 29 of no period. I think it's the longest. I'm too scared to get hopes up since I had a miscarriage in July. No other symptoms that I'm aware of, help?
