I was wondering if anyone had experienced this or if I should be concerned.
I came off the pill in july/August (ish) as it was making me ill and I had been using contreception for 6 years previous. It was a rock start when i came off but after about 3 months things setled down and have been pretty regular. I have been using an app to track my cycle and been guessing that the thick, stretchy discharge I mid cycle is around my time of ovulation. I normaly get this for 2 days around the time ovulation is meant to occur. This month I ovulated just under a week late (I only had one day of stretchy discharge which is shorter than normal) and now 2 days of spotting with light cramps.
