right, i have been told by the doctor that i have very badly lax ligaments around my thighs and pelvis (bum) shes given me two exercises to do-
*stand on one leg with knee bent and bend up and down on other leg
*lay on side, knees bent, feet in line with pelvis, keeping feet together bend knee upwards, eventually start to balance a weight (tin of beans) on knee to increase resistance
and she has also told me to start cycling, but my bike needs two new tyres and two new inner tubes which i cant get atm. either that or go swimming/horse riding but swimming gives me cramps in my feet and horse riding is flippin expensive!
anyone know of any other exercises i can do to strengthen my ligaments up?
