hi...

im currently 32 +4 weeks and expecting twins....at my 28 week scan and consultation they were laying transverse and my consultant said that hopefully they will have turned head down or at least twin 1 would of by the 32 week scan. well my scan is 2moro....is there a chance they could still turn head down after 32 weeks if they havnt yet? surely theres no room to move now lol ...

im just really starting to think bout the actual birth now as im coming up to the final weeks and its scary not knowing how and when they will be born....

xx

They can turn at anytime hun!
Chloe was head down from 18 weeks and when I had my scan at 20 weeks she was still head down and Jaycee was laying above her (transverse) when I had my 28 week scan Jaycee was down Chloes side so yeah they can move at any time!
I loved having an extra scan it meant I got to see them again!

Mine were both breech at 31wks, and thought there was no chance they'd turn, but by 38 one had gone head down. Leading twin was still breech tho, so had to have a section xxx

My doctor says they can turn until the day they are born. My boy was always transverse or breech and my girl was head down. They have both stayed head down for the past 6 weeks or so and I'm hoping they don't turn anymore.

Hi dancingkaty Im 32 weeks 3 days and the twin on my left has moved from head down to breech and then head down again, baby on the right has always been head down. My consultant said it is amazing how much twins seem to be able to move around and thats why they dont make birth plans until around 36 weeks as they can turn at the last minute.

we are exactly the same then, i am 32+ 4 today too!....had my scan yesterday & both babies have turned head down....hoping they stay that way! they have been transverse most of pregnancy so was quite surprised to see them both head down. seeing my consultant again in 2 weeks....

r u going to be just left if you go past 36 weeks or will they induce you if twin 1 is still head down?

xx
