Leaky Boob?

I had a sharp twinge in my left breast earlier and I just now noticed this creamish clear colored sticky liquid coming out of my left breast. I snapped a pic. Has anyone else dealt with this? I'm 7dpo today.

Is it similar to colostrum? I usually get a letdown feeling around ovulation, and sometimes have sticky leakage. But my milk has never totally dried up since breastfeeding.

Yeah it's like colostrum. I haven't had breastmilk in over two and a half years. I've been very dried up, lol. I never have breast leakage at any point in my cycles.
