Left side rib pain... rib flare? torn muscle?

For the last few days i have had excruciating pain under my left rib at the front. It is a burning/ stabbing pain. It feels like little miss has kicked me so hard it bruised!!

After playing DR Google last night i think I have either got rib flare or torn/ pulled a muscle. I have been using a heat pack but it doesn't seem to help at all.

Lil miss is still squirming about, my blood pressure is fine but this pain is killing me and making it even more difficult to do just about anything

Has anyone else had this or know of a way to alleviate the pain so I can survive these last few weeks? I'm not due to see my DR again till next Friday.

I've been in rib agony since about 23 weeks. Feels like its on the outside of my ribs and like the skin is burning/tearing.

Apparently it can be a nerve thing too and will go once baby is here.
