Lemsip at 32 weeks??

Hi all
Getting flu and we have so much on the go for the next few days I just can't afford to be man-down. Anyone know if it is safe to take one lemsip before bed tonight? Im 32 weeks tomorrow

check on the pack, it has paracetamol in I think and we are ok to have thatbut it may have other ingredients which we chould avoid. If not try a hot orange/blackcurrent drink and take paracetamol 1g with it instead and have a nice hottish bath. x

I've suffered with a cold this week. Been told can't take anything so had vapour rug rubbed all over me all week! Cleared up in 3-4 days though.....OH now has it! Lol
