Less during night feeds?

My LO is 10 weeks old. Every feed he'll have about 180mls (I don't know how much that is in oz) At night he'll go down at about 10 - 10:30, having a full bottle. He wakes again sometimes at 2:30am or 5:00am. When he wakes, he only has maybe 20mls then goes straight back to sleep. Should I be concerned? I don't want my little man to be starving

If he is only taking 20mls at the middle of the night feed then maybe he is just comfort sucking and is probably capable of sleeping through. Maybe try giving him a dummy/pacifier instead of the 20mls and you will probably find he will drop back off to sleep. If he is hungry then he wont go back to sleep without the milk, and if he drops back off with just the paci then he is not hungry. xxx
