LH Surger right after period

Ok, so I took out my nuvaring on November 4th, had my period, got opk and started testing the day I stoped my period...I got the darkest line on that day. They just kept getting fainter and fainter. I also had more discharge right after my period that I did any other day yet this cycle. Is there a chance that I ovulated that early???? I know I get "fertile" right after I get off bc because I got pregnant with both of my boys the month after I stopped bc in the past. Any advice or insight?

How long was your period? I have ovulated as soon as 9 days after the first day of my period. birth control can make bodies do weird things sometimes....
