I was desperately sick last week so i didn't want to add to everything i had going on. I took 1500mg (3 pills during the day staggered) on Wednesday and was on the toilet for 45 min wednesday night, three times during the day, up twice in the middle of the night and thursday morning. Thursday i only took 500 and today ive taken 1000 so far... ohhhh my butt hurts lol. I can't comment if it's more than a week but i'll let you know
