I have had a light 3 day period no clots with shooting pains in my boobs which I've never had before in all my pms symptoms. I've also had a Fitbit which has a pattern in my resting heart rate . Low resting heart rate during period then rises after oulation up and up then stops again lowering again during period but this time it's been near that pattern the same heart rate no rising or lowering.
What can cause shooting pains in boobs and anyone else had this happen to their resting heart rate before ? Usually your resting heart rate rises when pregnant has anyone been pregnant but it didn't rise?
