Light pink discharge?

Hey ladies

Hope this finds you all well.

I feel a bit silly posting as this is my 4th pregnacy (to get this far) but I've never had this before and just wanted some options to see if this is normal.

Was on my feet a lot yesterday and today I've had a light pink discharge, not a lot but enough to notice along with period type back ache any one else had this problem at all? Any advise is welcome please don't want to start worrying oh about it yet as to be honest I really don't think it is anything but always good to check!

Dont really have any advice, just what I've heard and experienced. If I understand correctly some woman can have light spotting and pink discharge (especially after sex and other physical exertions). I usually have a little after sex but I've never made it past 38 weeks pregnant before. (connection? I don't know)

I hope everything is ok for you, we are pretty close in dates.
its getting scary knowing I will have baby in my arms within the next month!!

I also had some light pinkish, or maybe light brown? spotting this morning after sex.
It came with some AF type cramping.
Personally I'm hoping it means something is moving along in there, but I heard it can be common around now.
Trust your instincts though, if you feel like a check up will reassure you- go in!

I get it quite often, my dr said for me it simply means I'm over doing it and need to rest.... I'm on my feet a lot, never sit down, just a very busy body, I have a hard time relaxing when things need to get done! This is my 3rd and I never had spotting in previous pregnancies....

OMG!! This is so me! Sorry, had to comment. Its really hard for me to relax and not be doing something! Just yesterday I stayed home while dh took our boys to visit family so i could rest as i wasn't feeling well. I tried to lay down but i ended up sweeping, mopping, baking and taking a shower instead! So much for resting!!
