They used to recommend a certain amount but I'm sure that this has changed recently. To be honest as long as you eat a healthy balanced diet I doubt there's anything to worry about. I used to eat 2 dippy eggs with soldiers nearly every day in my pregnancy with one of my children and I was healthier than ever, and nope I wasn't "egg bound"
No. There used to be an old wives tale that too many eggs were bad for you but recent research has shown that most people don't need to restrict the amount of eggs they eat. They are actually a very nutritious food source for children!
