I have a chronic thin lining myself. Not a fun issue. Here are a couple options that I have tried. Arginine 6g/day, Vit E 800 IU, Vit C 1000 mg, B complex. I also heard nettle tea, red raspberry leaf tea, pomegranate juice, eating blood forming foods (like liver and dark leafy greens) and limiting caffeine. There is some data on prolonged estrogen therapy (or changing the delivery route from oral pills to vaginal, patches, or inj), viagra suppositories (my doc is not a fan), or a small stim cycle with Gonal F/Follistim/or Menopur. I am also a big fan of acu (electrical stim has one case study to support uterine lining but 8 sessions were needed), and Chinese herbs. Overall not much helped me and as you can see I tried them all, but I think the biggest difference for me was the herbs and my doc said what the hell just do a transfer. Her thought is that some people just have a thin lining. Low and behold it worked. My uterus was tilted on my last measurement so it measures big due to shadowing and this transfer it was 8.5 on measurement but based on how my other scans went it was probably around 6.5 maybe 7 if I was really lucky. I hope you have good luck. Feel free to PM me if you have any questions.
