Little square thingymajggy-up there on header?

Ok, am I going around the bend ?
I have a little white square up there on the baby and bump header and when i hover over it it says 'kiddicare' or 'mothercare'...think its where the sponsors links should be?

Is it my crappy laptop that cant display it ot does anyone else have a square too?
