FOB cut my money a few months back moaning he was skint, I found out he booked/booking a holiday and also had got himself yet another pet or two (cant be sure, I know there is at least one) I had a right go because I believe if you are skint you don't have the money to spend on luxuries like pets and holidays so he took me to CSA, I believe I will get even less through this and all he cares about is that he is winning the battle. :dohh:

He thinks its all good because he has taken money away from me but he has taken it away from his children! I'm past caring now what his family think.

I also have an appointment with a solicitor to see what they say. I'd like to have an official document that states what days he gets the girls and that we cannot change it to make it easier.

On Sunday, Jaycee knocked a tooth out after banging her face on a chair and from 8:30 when it happened to 11:30 he made no contact whatsoever. So far he has screwed me over more than once and he is allowed to keep doing it. Now we are getting even less money and he thinks this is ok.

Right now I cannot stand to even talk to him. :growlmad: He is such a crap dad to the girls and he just proves it by doing this. Most dads would want to fight their hardest to make sure their children have the best of everything but not him. He sees this as MY punishment but really he is punishing them..

That is the thing FOB's in general do not grasp, they are not punishing you but their children. I do not understand how they do not see beyond the "you and me" factor at all. I would take him through CSA if that is what he wants, at the moment he might be on to a 'winner' but the minute he starts earning the big bucks...well...CSA will castrate him. Does he actually want to be involved or what?!

For what it is worth I think you are doing such a lovely job raising your LO's and your cakes look soooooooooooooo amazing!!! :hugs:

Awful that he's doing that. Definitely agree so stupid that he can't see he's only taking away from the girls and not you. :hugs:

That being said I know they have all they need with you :hugs: xx

He phoned yesterday but because this is an open area of the forum I am not posting. Just letting you know I have booked an appointment with solicitor

:hugs: hope ur ok hun, sounds exactly like fob he told me last june he was not giving ME any money anymore and he would make sure maisie has what she needs at his but thats it, then he lost his job so i didnt go to the csa but as soon as hes working again its the first phonecall ill be making! They always think they're helping YOU and punishing YOU because they cant use their brain and think about their children for once in their lifes and just want to get back at you. They are ass's!

Yeah he still doesn't see it but turned up unannounced yesterday to 'sort' things out. Clearly his mum had a word.

He said he will pay me some money while CSA is going through and that it wont come out of my money and I have double checked that. I'm happy with that. I've spoken to him every single day and it's annoying because he is the last person I wish to have contact with.

But after all this he still thinks its me that uses their money. And he also kept saying how much child maintainance do you pay? I said I raise them every single day and he said so? Lol

What a nutter :haha: not forgetting gas electric shopping tv licence rent all the little things like clothes and shoes they need

like pp said, FOB's don't see that by punishing you, they're mostly punishing theeir child/children. I hope your solicitor draws up a decent document for you :) x x

Well first day yesterday with no contact :happydance: It felt great. :) I honestly do not wish to have contact with him apart from handing over and collecting the girls.

Glad to hear you felt great with no contact :D xx

No contact yesterday either, his mum has asked to have the girls for a few hours after nursery

having no contact is alot easier :haha: my sons FOB has to contact my mam/dad as he is no longer allowed to contact me so i just speak to him when he picks LO up. Its hard to be civil though & bite my tongue everytime  hope he doesn't contact you over stupid things again x x
