Little worried ladies, going 2 hospital MW heard irregular HB...

Not sure whether to be worried or not. Had my 36+5 wk antenatal appt and midwife listened to bubs heartbeat and it was irregular.

Everything else is absolutely fine an he said it not really anything to worry about it's more a precaution. She's sending me to hospital tonight to be hooked up to a CCG machine for 20mins to check the heart rate.

She sai it's prob all ok and try not to worry but I asked what could it be if it was something an she said it could be heart problems which sometimes heal themselves once delivered.

Should I be worried? Anyone else experienced buns irregular heartbeat???

When my waters went with my daughter they said they hadn't gone and i had been wetting myself!
The following day went to see my MW who hooked me up to monitor, babies HR was normal 110bmp then rising between 160+180 when she was moving. When she stopped moving her HR was dropping to around 90bmp which is low and meant she could have an infection.

Low and behold when they checked my waters they had gone and she was showing signs of infection. Turns out the other hospital hadn't bothered to test me the day before as they thought it was more likely i had an STD than my waters going and they swabbed me for that!

I am sure everything will be ok hun, better for them to check all is ok to stop you worrying xx

Hey hun, hope all has gone well at the hospital - I had some irregular heartbeat earlier on (like at 28 weeks) but midwife didn't seem too bothered.she said it was down to movement and sleeping etc

I've been on a CGT monitor quite a few times now (1-2x a week since 34 wks) and baby's heartbeart would always rise to 160-170 when she moved as though she was excited, but sometimes it would dip to 80-90 and even appear to stop, but I was told this was due to the sonograph losing contact when she was moving.

Well back home. No irregularities heard and was hooked up for good half hour. But there was a high base line and tons of movement so they wanna repeat it again tomorrow just to be sure. MW didn't seem concerned though so not too worried!

Heartbeat was normally between 140-160 ish at most times but did drop lower a few times but think it just lost connection then.

Fingers crossed all is fine! I just think with only 3 wks to go baby wants out as there no room in there! Lol!

Had my second CTG today and all is fine heartbeat is now between 130-145bpm and not anywhere near as much crazy movement as yesterday but baby is now back to back!!

Maybe it was baby moving position. Head is still engaged though.

So I guess all is well.
