LO gone off milk :(

LO is 7 months today. We have started weaning but are doing BLW and he isn't really 'eating' anything yet.

He has been having four bottles a day for the last three months. I make up 7oz bottles but he usually has 6oz.

He has never guzzled his milk down and it always took quite a while for him to drink 6oz (even first thing in the morning when he must be hungry from sleeping 12-13 hours straight?). HV recommended to keep trying for an hour. We could live with this

Now he fights every bottle from the first sip. He aces his back, pushes it away, twists his body, anything to get the bottle away from his mouth..... And then smiles!!! This morning he had 3oz

If he was eating lots I would understand that maybe he wouldn't need as much milk but he isn't. I just dot know what to do? My mum and mil are finding it hard web in at work and sometimes I just haven't got time for an hour battle over every bottle

Has anyone got any advice?

Have you tried different bottles? My 5 month old started doing this but he'd had the same bottles from being EFF at 6 weeks, changed to a different make of bottles and he went back to normal. Xx

Thanks that might he worth a try.

I use tommee tippee bug have a few advent ones in the cupboard

Mine were tommee tippee too, he just seemed to go off them, i bought MAM and he's one happy chappy ( well most of the time!). Hope it works. Xxx
